We know our lives are finite, yet so much of the way we live assumes there will always be more time.
Another phone call. Another dinner. Another Christmas. Another chance to apologize, to begin, to say “I love you,” to take the photograph, to finally be present.
But the last time rarely announces itself. It usually looks painfully ordinary.
This video is an exploration of the things we postpone because we assume tomorrow will make room for them — the conversations we leave unfinished, the lives we keep scheduling for “someday,” the people we become accustomed to having around, and the strange clarity that comes when we remember that none of it is permanent.
Not as an invitation to fear death.
But as a reason to pay closer attention to life.
Because maybe the question isn't, “What would you say if you were dying?”
Maybe it's: What do you already know you would say — and why haven't you said it yet?
