Daily Dose of God’s Word with Aunty Bee The Armour of God: The Breastplate of Righteousness Topic: Obedience from the Heart Bible Text: 1 Samuel 15:1–26 Does God want us to obey Him completely or only when it is convenient? In today’s teaching, we explore the story of King Saul, who disobeyed God's instructions but tried to justify his actions by offering sacrifices. Through this story, we learn that God values obedience more than sacrifice. True righteousness is not about outward appearances or religious activities but having a heart that willingly submits to God's Word. The Breastplate of Righteousness reminds us to guard our hearts against pride, excuses and selective obedience. Today's Challenge: Choose to obey God wholeheartedly, even when His instructions seem difficult. Prayer: Heavenly Father, give us hearts that love You, trust You and obey Your Word completely.
