غرب کابل، بحران شدید آب در کوه چهل دختران!

در این گزارش اختصاصی، به سراغ اهالی و ساکنان دامنه و ارتفاعات کوه چهل‌ دختران رفتیم تا از نزدیک پای صحبت‌ ها و دغدغه‌ های اصلی‌شان درباره بحران کمبود آب آشامیدنی بنشینیم. زندگی در ارتفاعات و دامنه‌های کوهستانی، دشواری‌ های خاص خود را دارد، اما نبود آب آشامیدنی این سختی‌ها را چند برابر کرده است. مردم این منطقه همگی از یک درد مشترک و حکایت‌های مشابه رنج می‌برند: بی‌آبی و عطش. به دلیل بافت سنگی و کوهستانی منطقه، حفر چاه‌ های عمیق کاملاً دشوار و فراتر از توان مالی خانواده‌ ها است؛ اکثر ساکنان این منطقه وضعیت اقتصادی ضعیفی دارند و توان پرداخت هزینه‌های سنگین چاه‌ کنی را ندارند. از سوی دیگر، تقسیم آب از شرکت آب رسانی در این منطقه به صورت نوبتی انجام می‌ شود؛ یعنی هر چهار روز یک‌ بار، تنها به مدت ۱۰ الی ۲۰ دقیقه آب وصل می‌شود! این مدت زمان کوتاه به‌ هیچ‌ وجه پاسخگوی نیازهای اولیه و روزمره صدها خانواده نیست. در حال حاضر، اکثر خانواده‌ها مجبورند آب آشامیدنی مورد نیاز خود را خریداری کنند. سه‌ چرخه‌ های زرنج بشکه‌ های آب را تا جلوی منازل مردم در مسیرهای دشوار کوهستانی حمل می‌کنند، اما خرید مداوم آب هزینه بسیار سنگینی بر دوش خانواده‌های کم‌ درآمد گذاشته است. در این گزارش، صدای مردم رنج‌دیده‌ی کوه چهل‌دختران را بشنوید و با گوشه‌ای از مشکلات طاقت‌فرسای روزمره‌شان آشنا شوید. In this exclusive report, we visited the residents of the slopes and heights of Chehel Dokhtaran Mountain to hear firsthand about their main concerns regarding the severe drinking water crisis. Living in high-altitude, mountainous areas brings its own challenges, but the lack of drinking water has multiplied these hardships. Every resident in this region suffers from a shared pain and a similar story: severe water scarcity and thirst. Due to the rocky terrain of the mountain, digging deep wells is extremely difficult and far beyond the financial reach of the families. Most residents are facing economic hardship and cannot afford the high costs of well-drilling. On the other hand, the municipal water supply in this area is distributed on a rotation basis—meaning water is turned on only once every four days for just 10 to 20 minutes! This brief window comes nowhere near meeting the basic daily needs of hundreds of families. Currently, most families are forced to buy drinking water. Three-wheeled cargo rickshaws (Zaranj) haul water barrels up the steep, rugged mountain paths to their doorsteps, but buying water regularly imposes a heavy financial burden on these low-income households.
