⚽🌧️ BARROW AFC v FOREST GREEN ROVERS | FOOTBALL OR SWIMMING?! 😂🏊‍♂️💦 Well, this certainly wasn’t your typical afternoon at Holker Street! 😂🖤🤍 Barrow AFC welcomed Forest Green Rovers, but unfortunately, the weather had other ideas! The rain was absolutely atrocious, and the pitch was becoming more like a swimming pool than a football pitch! 🌊🤣 The players could’ve done with swimming goggles, snorkels and flippers! ⚽ What a start for Barrow though! Isaac Marriott managed to put Barrow ahead within seconds of kick-off! 🙌🖤🤍 Unfortunately, after only around 13 minutes of play, the referee called the game off because of the dreadful weather and waterlogged pitch. And that means Marriott’s incredibly early goal will sadly be wiped from the records! 😭⚽ In this vlog, you’ll see some of the action, the unbelievable conditions and just how much water was splashing around as the players attempted to play football!
