Bully SE & AE: Beta Mihailovich

This is supposed to be an early version of Mihailovich that can only be found in the ps2 version's files. His face is completely different and he wears the exact same green suit as Jimmy's stepfather. I did it for Anniversary Edition as well, but I was only able to do the suit.
