In this video, I'm swatching and reviewing the Chanel Rouge Allure Velvet and Rouge Allure lipsticks from Chanel Beauty. I love thisChanel's lipstick formulas in general, but this line from them are so comfortable to wear as velvet matte and satin matte lipsticks. Usually matte lipsticks are so drying! Not these ones.
