Naked Landlord

The defendant rented an apartment from the plaintiff. The plaintiff says the defendant failed to pay rent for a month, and he’s suing for the unpaid rent, as well as cleaning fees. The defendant claims the plaintiff would run around the property naked and break things. She also alleges the plaintiff took photos of her without consent.
