Reflective Autumn Walk in Primrose Valley Park | Channel Milestone, Nature Talk & New Drone!

Join me on a rainy autumn morning as I take a peaceful walk through Primrose Valley Park in East Leeds. Once farmland, a coal mining site, and even a quarry, this area—known locally as "The Valley"— has transformed into a beautiful city park and local nature reserve. With the wind and rain setting the mood, I find myself in a reflective mindset but find time to talk about the benefits of being out in nature, green corridors, and the importance of natural spaces in the city.
