SAICE Geotechnical Divison Evening Lecture - Cape Town Engineering Geology and Case Studies

The SAICE Geotechnical Division presented an evening lecture titled : Cape Town – Engineering Geology and Case Studies, presented by Mr Mike van Wieringen. The geology, topography and geohydrology of any construction site – has a major influence on the execution and performance of the envisioned infrastructure. Mike will discuss interesting aspects of the engineering geology of Cape Town as well as present interesting case studies that he has encountered along the way.
