David McClure - School Culture and School Performance

David will be drawing on his experience of changing Buckhaven and Madras College. He will reflect on the relationship between school culture and school performance. This should be of interest on many levels – both in terms of psychological process and in terms of what is actually changing at our local school. What is more, for anyone thinking of doing research with school age populations, the Rector is obviously a very significant figure.
