Rivian RT1 Extreme Dent Repair 2026 08 14

BeachCitiesPDFR.com This is a large dent (smash) on a 2026 RT1. The left side of the bed was hit pretty hard. The customer wanted Dent Repair and didn't want to replace the Qtr Panel nor repaint it at a body shop but he wanted to use his Insurance do to the repair cost was so high. Rivian wanted apporx. 40k to replace the hole side. The adjuster actually referred him to Beach Cities PDR. We were able to save the panel with Paintless Dent Repair and the paint using Paintless Dent Removal. The complete PDR process took about 20 hours in total.
