Ruihong Xintiandi (瑞虹新天地), developed by Shui On Land in Hongkou, is a 450,000 m² retail cluster in four parts; Moon Bay opened in 2017, and Hall of the Sun — its largest single mall at 180,000 m² — followed on 19 September 2021. Highlights: Hall of the Sun's triple-height atrium beneath a skylight of more than 5,000 m²; the sky bridge that carries you from Moon Bay straight into Hall of the Sun; and Moon Bay itself, an open-air block of lanes and terraces rather than a sealed box. Metro Line 4 stops at Lianping Road, connected directly to Hall of the Sun — you walk in from the station without crossing a street.
