Injection-Locked Phase Rotator

This presentation, from ISCAS 2022, describes the design of an injection-locked phase rotator operating at 14GHz. The circuit simultaneously performs multi-phase generation and phase rotation. Dynamically modulating the injection point allows for phase interpolation. It's designed in 16nm FinFET CMOS. Design considerations and simulation results are presented.
