We Will Not Forsake the House of Our God (Wilbur DuBois) | Nehemiah

After the walls were rebuilt and the people repented, Israel made a written covenant in Nehemiah 9:38–10:39 to walk in God's law, keep themselves pure, honor the Sabbath and support the house of God. This study draws practical lessons from that covenant: make your commitment to God public, welcome loving accountability, and set boundaries before temptation comes. When we fail, we confess and renew that commitment, as David did in Psalm 101. Passage: Nehemiah 9:38–10:39 Series: Nehemiah I. A Public Commitment II. Accountability Among Believers III.
