I can't help but see the potential in something—or someone—and then I want to figure out what's standing in the way of making it great. That's the superpower I bring to my work: helping talented and intentional leaders get out of their own way and turn what's possible into something real. I started my real estate career in 2014 in Baltimore, then moved to New York City, with no established network in either market. I built my business the hard way: through high-volume prospecting, relentless follow-up, and a whole lot of organization. Along the way, I developed simple, repeatable systems that helped me keep up, and eventually, helped me teach other agents how to do the same. After a decade in the industry, I started noticing that agents had access to dozens of proven models, strategies, and playbooks. But even talented, motivated agents struggled to actually make them work in their businesses. Agents don’t need another plug-and-play strategy. They need a way to create structure around their own business using their processes, tools, and people. And…they needed hands-on support to actually bring it to life.
