Mud Crabbing 1770: Worth the Effort? (Chilli Mud Crab & Tie Wire Hack) 🦀

We take the new plate boat up a local creek near 1770 on the hunt for mud crabs — but the big question is: is crabbing still worth the effort? This trip was our first run in the new custom-built plate rig, and we put the pots in for an overnight soak to give it a proper test. Along the way: • We drop a few pots and pull a few surprises • Show a new way to tie crabs (steelfixer style — using tie wire) • And Snez whips up a spicy chilli mud crab feast back at home Some say tie wire’s not the go — but it works for us, and we reckon it’s worth a crack.
