The Breath of God | Guided Breathing for Healing | Soft Female Voice

The Breath of God: Healing and Restoration, a Christian guided breathing and visualization. A soft female voice gently leads you through slow belly breathing, calming 4-6 breathing, and simple breath prayers ("Abba... I belong to You"), with peaceful visualizations of God's breath bringing life and restoration: the breath of life in Genesis, Ezekiel's valley of dry bones coming to life, and Jesus breathing His Spirit and peace on His disciples. Gentle rain and soft music play in the background. About 20 minutes of guidance, followed by about 4 minutes of soft ambient music and gentle rain that slowly fade out, so you can keep resting or drift off to sleep. IMPORTANT: This video is a devotional prayer and relaxation for general wellbeing. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified health professional. If you have a breathing, heart or other health condition, or feel dizzy or uncomfortable, return to your normal breath and talk with your doctor. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
