Popcorn Chicken with Kangkong Chips

For me, this is the recipe for the ultimate crispy chicken. I am showing you chicken popcorn but you can use the same breading for bigger pieces of chicken. The kangkong chips or chicharron or crispy kangkong is a wonderful accompaniment for this dish. Great way to make your kids eat veggies. You can serve both with catsup, thousand island or ranch dip. CORRECTION: 0:52 - should be 1/2 tbsp. salt NOT 1/2 tsp. I have many recipes to share with you.
