LOCOMOTIVE TANK ENGINE 0-8-4 to 45mm gauge

In a fit of wild optimism (or madness) I decided to scratch build an 0-8-4 Tank locomotive for my garden railway. I have not made any drawings to speak of and am not working to any published design and simply decided to cut metal and see how I got on. The outline of the locomotive is taken from photographic references, but as far as I know there were no 3 cylinder locomotives (2 outside and 1 inside) ever constructed in prototype. Doubtless someone will educate me. This is the first part of trying to complete the engine.
