Minh Chau developed a high fever after getting vaccinated, leaving her parents heartbroken.

Today, Mom and Dad took little Minh Chau for her second meningococcal vaccination. Thankfully, she woke up early to get ready but was incredibly well-behaved—no fussiness or sleepiness-induced tantrums at all. After completing the "mission" at the vaccination center, Dad treated Mom and Minh Chau to a hearty Korean BBQ feast, and didn't forget to pick up some eel porridge—Minh Chau's favorite—on the way. However, by the time we got home in the evening, she was a bit tired and fussy due to vaccine side effects, which made Mom and Dad worry.
