Top 50 Eurovision Songs Closest to Not Qualifying (2004-2018)

Here is the top 50 Eurovision performances who were the closest to not qualifying to grand finals in 2004-2018. For that, differences between qualifiers' and the first non-qualifier's scores were calculated and divided by a maximum possible score a song could get in the semi-final (to adjust the differences to a number of voting countries and dissimilar voting systems). The results are presented in percentages. In case of a tie, songs' placements are the tie-breaker. If there is still a tie, the percentage of maximum possible score is the second tie-breaker.
