Wario Land 1 DX: Part 23: Course No.18 - Sherbet Island 5 (Treasure F)

You unlock this stage from finding the Secret Exit of Course No. 16 (A.K.A. Sherbet Land 3). This level has a Treasure, and its Treasure Door can be find just a few seconds after the start of the level. The Key is locked behind some unbreakable blocks at 1:00. You have to follow the rest of the path from there to look for a "!" Block Switch. This will get rid of the blocks and let you get the Key. Just take it to the door and its Treasure is yours! Treasure F seems to be some kind of Magic Lamp. HOO-HOO! Make sure you keep that in mind for later!
