66 minutes of slow sarangi and santoor over a soft tanpura, for a quiet mind. No drums, no vocals, no sudden changes, just slow phrases and a steady drone.
In this video: 16 pieces in 4 ragas (Raga Yaman, Raga Jog, Raga Darbari and Raga Puriya), about 44 minutes before they come round again.

About the music
Every piece is a slow alaap: the raga opens note by note, with no beat, over an unbroken tanpura drone. The pieces are matched in loudness and joined with slow crossfades, so the level stays even from the first minute to the last.
Best for
Winding down after a long day
A quiet evening at home
Reading or journaling
Slow chores and tidying
A few minutes of sitting still
How to use
Set the volume low and let it run while you do something slow, or do nothing at all. The chapters let you start from any piece you like.
