Kaba – Tootsie Guevarra | Soulful Romantic Male Cover by Reverie

🤍 “Kaba,” as recorded by Tootsie Guevarra, gets a romantic R&B/Soul interpretation from Reverie Music, bringing our soulful male cover direction to the sweet uncertainty of falling in love. This one is for the stage before a confession: when a passing glance stays with you all day, a short conversation keeps replaying in your head, and you start wondering whether the other person feels it too. Everything seems ordinary until they’re around. Suddenly, even saying hello takes courage. For this version, my creative direction centers on a deep, warm Filipino baritone, smooth Pinoy hagod, and gentle soulful phrasing. I wanted to bring out the affection beneath the nervousness, with the intimacy of an OPM pop ballad and the relaxed rhythm of mellow R&B. The feeling I’m aiming for is a shy confession slowly finding its confidence. Let this song keep you company while you decide whether that little crush is becoming something more.
