They discuss everyday AI use (recommendation engines, shopping assistants, autocorrect, voice assistants, GPS) and popular consumer tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Meta AI, Claude, Perplexity), then debunk common myths: AI won’t replace you if you learn it, it doesn’t automatically know everything about you, it isn’t only for young people, and it’s safe to experiment.
