Having last been to Newtonville on the old wooden bridge in Lovekin, Ontario in the Summer of July 2011 with a group of people, once again a few friends and I including Mike (trainboi21), Eric (yurysausage) & Jon (trainfanjon) decided to head out east again after I being the last one picked up in Toronto before we we're on our way. Cameron (admydragon) & Mike (MikeDelic14) later joined us. In Newtonville, there are 2 different freight railroads that run parallel to each other. The CN Kingston Subdivision and the CP Belleville Subdivision. The Kingston Subdivision consists of CN for freight traffic & VIA Rail for passenger traffic, and the CP Belleville consists of just CP freight traffic. We start off at Boundary Road where we just made it for CP 609 (a westbound Crude Oil train led by a CEFX), then we head to the Newtonville Road overpass. After that we travelled to Port Hope to Harveys for lunch. Once we ate lunch at Harveys, we went to a crossing in Port Hope, Ontario right by Lake Ontario. Finally, we ended our evening off at the old Stacey Road wooden bridge overpass in the beautiful sunset.
