Self-Healing Infrastructure: Node Healed 33 Min Before Failure | ElixirClaw

Self-healing infrastructure that reads the trend before anything fails. See how agents predict a failing node on salary day at Halcyon Bank and move 40 services and the ledger database with zero failed payments. On salary day at Halcyon Bank, a payments-cluster disk starts slowing and ElixirClaw predicts the node will fail in about 40 minutes. Under the self-healing orchestrator, health, impact, capacity, healing and verification agents add a node and drain 40 services, while the ledger database failover waits for Lena, the DBA on call, who approves from her phone and the new primary is live in 41 seconds. A self-healing orchestrator in ElixirClaw runs five agents over an ElixirData context graph of node health, Kubernetes, cloud and change records, using signed healing skills from ElixirHub and MCP tools to cordon, drain and add nodes within limits, with cluster deletion switched off. Policy routes database failover to a DBA, and AgentOps scores and traces every action. Zero customer impact, six minutes instead of a two-hour war room, one approval for the step that matters, and seven nodes healed this week before anyone noticed.
