Total Recall - Return to Reality?

Is this real or just a dream? Dr. Edgemar (Roy Brocksmith) and Laurie (Sharon Stone) try to convince Quaid (Arnold Schwarzenegger) that he is not actually on Mars, but rather in an induced dream-state back on earth. Quaid suspects they are trying to trick him and follows his instincts-- with explosive consequences.
