Today K-Accumulator + ZetaSID + Monumatic (Guest Star: Syntakt) Techno@138 | 2026-10-03 // JESS

I continue my journey exploring #KAccumulator and #ZetaSIDs. K-Accumulator is a complex oscillator that can create very harsh sounds, and one might want to process its output with a filter to tame some harmonics. In this jam I don't have any filter in the case, so I use a #ZetaSID module with a rounded sound to kind of average the overall soundscape. The first ZetaSID produces a voice that sounds like a Didgeridoo, which I find perfect for compensating for the metallic sounds that came out of the K-Accumulator. K-Accumulator can also make soft sounds, but it's easy to fall into sharp wave territory if you crank up the knobs. I don't have a lot of drum voices in that case (just a Kick and a HiHat), so it was a good opportunity to dust the Syntakt which I have shamefully underused. #Monumatic and a second ZetaSID module complete the landscape. Hermod+ sequences the voices from the case, while Syntakt takes care of its own tracks. 🤟 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My other digital creations 👇 🔊 On Streaming Platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer etc.) (search for "Jess Lysen") Tri Nitro Trax 👉 https://open.spotify.com/track/1NEwwY...
