Cuban Palomilla Steak is a delicious staple for any occasion. Friends coming over? Make Palomilla. Grown kids? Feed ‘em Palomilla! A good Cuban Abuela always has some thin steaks marinating in the fridge for just those situations. The citrus marinade makes this thin steak unique and full of Cuban flavor. The dried leaf oregano is the secret for authentic Cuban freshness!
