2005年、1934 FORD 3Wをかなり劣悪な状態で購入。長期間のホットロッド製作。 In 2005, I purchased a 1934 Ford 3W in extremely poor condition. It became a long-term hot rod project. これは2016年から2023年、7年間のカスタム＆レストア作業。 主にボディのメタルワークと、その後の塗装の記録です。 ドアは元々グラスファイバー製でした。 オールスチールにすべく3Wのドアを探しましたが、 状態の良い物が入手できず、パッセンジャーサイドは腐食だらけの物を再生。 ドライバーズサイドにいたっては4ドアセダンの物をストレッチしています。 溶接は半自動で点付け、TIG溶接機で本溶接。 This chronicles seven years of customization and restoration work from 2016 to 2023. It primarily documents the body metalwork and subsequent painting. The doors were originally fiberglass. I searched for 3W doors to make them all-steel, but couldn't find any in good condition. I restored the passenger side door, which was riddled with corrosion. As for the driver's side door, I stretched one from a 4-door sedan.
