Hamphen Shebahü (Official Music Video) Mongkhen (Beloved)

He wrote numerous songs for various artists, but among all his works, “MONGKHEN (BELOVED),” written in 2009, stands out as one of his finest and most personal creations. Unlike many of his other compositions, this song was reserved for his own original recording, making it a deeply personal expression of his heart and soul. With “MONGKHEN (BELOVED),” he marked an important milestone by releasing his first-ever debut love song. The song beautifully reflects not only his exceptional talent as a songwriter but also his ability to convey profound emotions through his own voice, giving listeners an intimate glimpse into his artistic soul. He was also a member of the folk-fusion band BÜ-OO-Li, where he contributed to the beautiful blending of traditional sounds with modern musical expressions. Life’s journey is unpredictable, and none of us can know where our path will lead. Sadly, his journey was left incomplete, and he is no longer with us today. His passing is a profound loss to his family, friends, fellow musicians, and everyone who knew and loved him. As “MONGKHEN (BELOVED)” is released posthumously, may this song keep his voice, memories, and artistic legacy alive in our hearts. Though he has left this world, his music will continue to speak for him. ____________________________ BELOVED (LYRICS) Verse 1 Oh my beloved, our bond was meant to never break. Leaving you was never a second I dared to make. But due to your heart shared and eyes that wandered. Unspoken feelings became the reason for our breakup. Pre - Chorus I spent countless days before I could be with you. But in a second, you slipped away. Chorus: My tears have formed an ocean of sadness. Beloved, don’t you know how deep my pain is, like an ocean? Beloved, can’t you feel the depth of my pain? Verse 2 Even when I try to forget you and think of someone new, it’s still you I miss. I hold back my cries in the dark, but in dreams, my tears spill out. The rooster’s call at dawn reminds me of us. That sound stays with me all night, bringing back memories. Pre - Chorus Let’s rediscover our love and reunite once more. My eyes and heart have chosen you, forever held in love. MONG KHEN (SHAHMÜK) 1.Oh ngei bampü mongkhen jinüyan pih. With heavy hearts, we release this song on behalf of our beloved brother, Hamphen. Though his presence is no longer with us, his voice, passion, dreams, and music will forever echo in our hearts. This release is a humble tribute to his life and musical journey. We, Bü-oo-li, his former band, together with Shahloi Craft, are deeply honoured to share his music with the world. Though he has left this earthly life, his music will continue to speak for him—a timeless reminder that a true artist never truly leaves. Their music becomes their voice, and their art keeps their memory alive. Rest peacefully, dear Hamphen. You may be gone from our sight, but never from our hearts. Your music will live on forever. _____________________ DISCLAIMER: This production does not intend to infringe on any rights. All rights remain with the original label and artist.
