Stern plan to fight for the custody of 5 month-old Danielynn before the Supreme Court in the Bahamas. [Notes:Mid Larry Birkhead and entourage emerge from airport] Four men, including the LA based photographer, claim to be the father Smith's daughter. While Birkhead has not attended many of the court hearings that have taken place in Miami...he has filed papers in California seeking DNA from Smith...to help prove he is the father of the child. [Notes:Mid Limousine leaving airport] A judge of the Supreme Court in the Bahamas will begin Monday to hear arguments in the dispute over the custody of the baby girl. The courts have already ruled that Danielynn should not be taken from the Bahamas until the court issues a final ruling.
