I’m recreating my late mother-in-law’s Dry Curry Crab (Kari Kering Ketam), a family recipe filled with beautiful memories and a little nostalgia. I’ll also be sharing how to clean and prepare fresh crabs, so you can try this recipe at home too! And of course, it’s another slow living day at home. Enjoying my coffee, making the bed, setting up the dining table and appreciating the little routines that make life feel good. We wrap up the day with a lovely family meal, good conversations and waiting for the F1 Bahrain race to begin.
