Ali Zandi , Del (Heart)

Ali Zandi is a Kurdish singer, multi-instrumentalist and prolific songwriter who lives in Toronto, Ontario. In this video Ali performs an original composition by the name 'Del' (Heart) on the divan, a Turkish/Kurdish folk instrument. Ali is a tremendous performer who maintains a large fan following is his former home Iran as well in Kurdish communities in Vancouver and Toronto, where he often travels to perform.
