We're soaking up the last days of summer on our little family farm before a brand-new season begins! 🌻 This week we're slowing down and enjoying the simple things we've spent all summer working toward—digging fresh potatoes, picking blackberries, cutting flowers from the field, and spending warm summer evenings together around the firepit with a few sparklers. It's a bittersweet end to summer this year because our six-year-old is getting ready to start kindergarten! While he's more than ready for his next adventure, this mama might need a little more convincing. ❤️ So before we trade summer nights for school mornings and fall days, we're taking some time to enjoy the harvest, the flowers, the dirty feet, and these ordinary family moments that somehow end up becoming the ones we remember most.
