The Dead By Daylight Paradox

If you have 3,000 hours in Dead by Daylight, its because you're a little baby. This easy game only respects 10,000 hours. The discourse around DBD and its complexity has never made any sense to me. Is the game hard or too boring? If 500 hours is a beginner, then when do you start getting good?
