A quick look at Ribble Steam Railway. Museum, Train ride, Cafe and facilities. A great day out!

Easter Sunday 2025 well spent at Ribble Steam Railway and Museum, Preston, Lancashire. With a scenic view of Preston docks and the river Ribble, our ticket allowed us to ride as many times as we liked. Loads to look at in the Museum with plenty of parts and rolling stock to be seen around the station. The Cafe was reasonably priced and food was very nice. Furness Railway no20 was the only engine running during our visit, constructed in the1860's it is the oldest working Steam Locomotive in the country. Concession tickets were priced at £10, Adults £12.50 and children £7.50, it was well worth the money. https://ribblesteam.org.uk/
