An Unhinged Model Train Review: The Bachmann Porter 0-6-0T - From the Archives

I've been making videos in some form long before I decided to pursue this channel seriously. One example of a video series I was looking at doing at one time was some unhinged reviews of model trains. While the idea didn't go anywhere, I did find some footage I had shot with the review in mind as well as an unfinished but mostly complete script. I decided to finish the script and assemble something from the footage I did have on hand. This locomotive left my collection years ago, but I did have just enough video to make this work. The locomotive in question is the Bachmann Porter 0-6-0T which was a bit of an ugly duckling Bachmann product in late 2017, but became a bit more notable in later years as a popular start for kit bashing projects. Now they're a little harder to find. Filmed in 2017 on the HO scale Shenandoah & Western Railroad, then the club layout of the Winchester Model Railroad Club. Today the organization is known as the Winchester & Middletown Model Railroad Association and is in the process of building a new home in conjunction with the town of Middletown, VA. www.wmrrc.org
