UI Design Challenge: 10min vs 40min

Can I design a finance app in under just 10mins? Such a short time, let’s what I can come up with. I am challenging myself to design a finance app screen in 10 minutes and in 40 minutes. I am using various features in Figma like auto layout and interesting effects. Is just 30 mins difference enough to design a better app?
