TRAIN, COOK AND RAVE IN MY HOMETOWN - AVANT VLOG EPISODE 4

Starting the day with a gym session, preparing my favorite breakfast, the renewed "AVANT bowl" and sharing some behind the scenes of a daytime festival which I host in my hometown Krefeld since 8 years. In this vlog, I take you along for a typical Sunday including one highlight — from a workout in my favorite gym, preparing my famous Skyr bowl to setting up a daytime festival in my hometown Krefeld. From training, setting up the stage and sharing some technical insights, preparing music to experiencing the crowd and the atmosphere in my hometown.
