In this video i will show you how to do the 100H full service for the Rockshox Monarch Plus RC3 rear shock. I covered every service included in the manual, using the same products and almost the same tools. This was the first time that i ever opened a mountain bike suspension, but with the right tools and following the manual procedure i was able to do it without major impediments (I had anyway a couple of problems that you will see in the video). It was quite a job, not even considering the effort to produce the video, but at the end very satisfying i have to say!
