Gaggia Classic Pro Rebuild + Gaggiuino Mod | Custom Rebuildable Steam Valve

This Gaggia Classic Pro came in for a complete rebuild, but I didn’t stop at putting it back to stock. I rebuilt the boiler, installed the Gaggiuino control system, and modified the factory steam valve so it can be disassembled and rebuilt instead of thrown away when it starts leaking. The finished machine now has much tighter control over temperature, pressure and shot behavior, while still keeping the compact Gaggia platform underneath it all. In this video, I go through the rebuild, the Gaggiuino installation, the custom steam-valve modification and the final testing. This one turned into much more than a basic repair.
