2,400 FUE Hair transplant Grafts Mid-Scalp - Dr. Sean Behnam

This is a gentleman who had significant thinning in the mid-scalp to the crown area, mainly on the left side of the scalp that was not responding to medications any further. Dr. Sean performed 2,400 grafts FUE to that region. These are the results after1 year. Please notice the naturalness, nice density, and the nice blending. In general, he has very fine hair and Dr. Sean had to dense-pack the area with 60 grafts per square centimeter to match up the similar density of the surrounding hair. There are 3 important aspects about this case. This gentleman is not significantly bald, medications were tried and the area did not become thicker, so next step is to go through that area and thicken it through hair restoration. He had very fine hair and tough skin which created a challenge in creating the density of about 60 grafts per square centimeter. Because of this, increasing graft survivability becomes crucial. Key factors include not touching the hair follicles from the beginning to the end of the case. All the handling of the grafts is done by Dr. Sean Behnam himself and makes sure all the grafts are handled in the top and not the root. Even during the implantation process, implanters are used through the DHI technique to implant the grafts. Grafts are also placed in special solutions and infused with ATP to increase survivablity. The grafts are also kept in 4 degrees celsius. Dr. Sean has the highest number of staff per patient in order to accomodate this. the results are nice density with high grat survivability that blends very nicely with the rest of the hair.
