Virtual Trail Running Video for Treadmill | Donner Pass Trail | Roosevelt National Forest | Colorado

Take a quick look around from the top of Lookout Mountain before descending the trail together in this virtual trail run for treadmill workouts! I’ll take you from 10,620 feet (3,237 m) altitude down to 8,240 feet (2,511 m) along 5.7 miles of technical, but beautiful trails. The stunning forest we’ll run through has a lot of deadfall trees from the many storms that have crossed the Rocky Mountains over the decades and centuries. This is a natural part of this ecosystem. Volunteers have cut through the trees that crossed the path to let us enjoy the forest, the mountain views, and the many wildflowers you’ll see along the trail.
