Pontcysyllte aquaduct

A beautiful aquaduct completed in 1805 by Thomas Telford and William Jessop (and many others), very picturesque place close to Llangollen. We stayed at "the bridge house" which is a short stroll (10 minutes on even terrein) from this Unesco world heritage site. There is a small building where you can get an ice cream etc, but the people there weren't very friendly :(
