Filipino Style Oxtail Lauya Lauya is a Filipino style soup that consists of meat and vegetables. There are many different recipes and styles on how to prepare this dish. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to do it. I learned this recipe from my Nana and Mother who originated from San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte Philippines. I love this recipe because it is so simple yet flavorful. So go ahead and add whatever you’d like. Make it your own and add a twist or two. Thank you again for watching! Enjoy :) Oxtail 96g /34oz Ginger 85g /3oz Apple Cider Vinegar 57.5g /2.03oz Enough water to cover Oxtail 3 lg, Russet Potatoes 4 Baby Bok Choy Kosher Salt *Always taste your food, and add kosher salt as much as needed* As I mentioned above, add whatever ingredients you want. It may be garlic, shrimp, peppercorns, etc.. Make it your own. There is no right or wrong to do it. Thank you!
