What happened to American-made blue jeans—and how much work actually goes into the pair you're wearing? As a Finn, I expected a video about jeans. I did not expect the history, giant textile mills, skilled workers and global manufacturing story behind them to be this interesting. We look at how denim became tied to American culture, why so much clothing production moved overseas, how factories compete on cost and scale, and how Mount Vernon Mills is trying to keep American denim production alive through specialized fabrics, old machinery and craftsmanship like selvage denim. The difference between huge overseas production facilities and the remaining American mills gave me a completely different perspective on something I normally never think about when buying clothes. And yes… apparently a video about jeans can actually be exciting. 😅 💬 When you buy clothes, do you ever check which country they were made in—and would “Made in America” make you willing to pay more? ✨ Follow & Support 🎥 Twitch:   / finnishgirlreacts   📸 Instagram: @this.is.saini ☕ Support the channel: https://buymeacoffee.com/finnishgirl 🎁 Amazon Wishlist: https://www.amazon.es/hz/wishlist/ls/...
