I almost didn't post this video, but I met with the team and had them confirm what they've released publicly, but also what they're working on now already since the recent update on July 24. These new updates are: Higgsfield will not claim ownership of your outputs Your private inputs/outputs remain private You "own" everything you generate for personal/commercial use The update focused on new products but have now undergone more rewrites to make the language clearer I've always said this on the channel, but I'll never take a sponsorship if I don't feel comfortable, and this past week got me feeling a bit uncomfortable, but I've gone to bat for the creators privately and will continue to do so in any way I can.
