Becoming a healthier, happier mom starts with small, intentional choices we make every day. It’s about nourishing our bodies, creating healthier habits, building positive routines, and nurturing our relationship with Allah. 🌸
In this video, I’m sharing a little of my journey toward becoming a better Muslimah mom by making healthier food choices, embracing a more balanced lifestyle, working on my physical well-being, and growing spiritually, in shaa Allah. ✨
